Katrina Michie from Pretty Good compiled a extensive library of resources for adults and children to help them better understand racism from a developmental and systemic level. For the adults- it's difficult to teach your children about racism when you yourselves may not have explored your own inherent biases. We recommend taking some time to educate yourselves and reflect as the first step.
